ORDER FAQS
How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE shipping within America for orders over $120.00.
For orders up to $120.00 we charge a $5.00 flat rate.
Express Shipping $10.00.
When will my order be shipped?
Goods in stock, we will ship within 48 hours under normal circumstances
How long will my delivery take?
Standard shipping - 5 to 20 working days
Express shipping- 3 to 7 working days
（As with all postal services, delays can occur. Estimated delivery times are guidelines only and we cannot guarantee deliveries will arrive within these delivery windows. ）
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order is dispatched. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link.
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
We will endeavour to help, but this will depend on the status of your order. We can only amend an address to the billing address (if this is different to the delivery address you chose when you placed the order), and an address cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched.
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation, we are unable to cancel it.
Can I remove/add/change itens in an existing order?
Once your order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation, we cannot amend your order. If you wish to cancel the order, we can try up until the point the order has not been picked and packed.

Where can I find your size charts?
You can find size charts on each product info page. The chart is located below the description section.
Where are our products made?
We manufacture our garments in China as the quality the factories offer there is first rate, and they are very reliable producers. When we choose our manufacturing partners, we are always looking to find companies with the most expertise in their area and the quality and scale of manufacturing to satisfy our high standards.
What are your fabric care instructions?
- Please ensure you follow the care instructions on each garment label.
- T Shirts - Please wash in cold water and do not tumble dry.
- Cycling Jerseys - Close zippers and turn jersey inside out. Hand wash in cold or lukewarm water using mild detergents. If machine washing please use a wash bag on the delicate cycle. Dry garments flat or hanging. Do not tumble dry.
- Socks/Grippers/Anything - Please hand wash in cold water and mild detergent to preserve the colour. Dry preferably in the shade away from harsh sun.
