Return and exchange policy
Items returned must comply with the following return policy.
The buyer has a legal obligation to ensure that the goods are not damaged while in custody. The Buyer may inspect the integrity of the goods upon arrival, but if the Buyer wishes to return the goods, they must be kept in their original condition and meet the following basic conditions:
- Items to be returned or replaced must be unworn (proper fitting allowed), unwashed, undamaged and used, and bear all labels.All returned goods must be returned in their original packaging and shipping case.

Other Matters needing attention
- The official website does not accept goods purchased through physical stores or other channels

- Before returning the goods, you need to contact the online customer service personnel or send the return matters to the official email (service@skrcle.com) to implement the return and replacement matters. Goods returned directly without contact customer service will be rejected by the warehouse.
Return and refund of customized goods:
- We reserve the right not to return, replace or cancel customized products for customers who require personalized or embossed characters.
- All personalized bronzing products will not be returned or replaced once sold.
- If you are unable to comply with the above obligations (including return conditions), we reserve the right to deduct all or part of the value of the damage from your refund.
Return and exchange process:
- Please submit the application for return and exchange online within the specified time limit upon receipt of the goods and contact online customer service to confirm whether the basic conditions for return and exchange are met.
- At the same time, please prepare the returned goods and be sure to send back the shopping list with the goods; If you lose this order, you can put paper in the package with the following information: invoice number, item to be returned (item number/quantity), reason for return or replacement; If you return the goods, you should return the gifts and accessories together.
Other notes:
- We suggest you return the goods in the original packing to ensure that the goods will not be damaged in transit. You will find the relevant return instructions in the package.
- We cannot be responsible for any delay in return due to force majeure (e.g. extreme weather, policy changes, etc.).
- We will provide return service within 7 days after you receive your order. Defective goods:
- If you believe that the product you received is defective, damaged or not the style or product you purchased on the official website, you need to inform us as soon as possible, preferably by text email with your name, address and order number. These Terms and Conditions in no way interfere with your legal rights.
- If your order contains a shopping list or invoice, please return it in the return box
About refund:
- Refund can only be made in accordance with the original payment method, within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods (the warehouse receipt date shall prevail), if the returned goods conform to the relevant policy provisions, the customer service specialist will handle the corresponding refund procedures for the customer.
